Today I will tell you the diet plan for this month, a simple and effective plan. Simple because no need to give up food. I won’t suggest giving up food at all. Just simple. Eat whatever you make in your home. I will tell you only how to eat that. This is effective enough to lose fatness as well as your any health issues will be going away from you.

Any aged person can follow this diet. Kids, teenagers means school or college going,

10 -15 years of children who become fat, can follow this or adult people, office going ladies, ladies who stay at home, fat men who attend office and busy at their daily life, they too can follow it

Effective and will make you feel better following this diet. Your energy will increase and you will feel energetic Let’s know everything how to follow.

1- 2 glasses of water, then go to be fresh. Then do exercise for sure, any exercise you have been doing. Start exercises if you are yet to do exercises. In my opinion, do work out for a minimum of 15 – 20 or 30 minutes for sure whatever you like, why? This increases energy and our body takes more oxygen in and our body becomes energetic so we feel hunger properly. In the upcoming longer days, our food will digest properly.

After 15 to 20 minutes of working out, eat any fruits you have at home or eat either apple or papaya. One of these 2. Don’t take tea at the start, eat fruits. Either what you have or if you don’t have, according to my opinion, eat papaya or apple as much as you want. Then prepare your breakfast or do the domestic works 30 minutes later of eating fruits.

Eat the breakfast prepared in your home. Don’t eat more than needed, eat as usual what you eat. Not like you are eating 4 -5 bread. Eat 2- 3 pieces of bread, who works more, will eat 3 pieces, eat 2 pieces if you have less work. Eat paratha if you like but don’t use much ghee. Not like you will eat ghee full of a bowl. Don’t do that, eat with chutney or vegetables. Eat foods but neither filling too much nor giving up totally. Take a cup of tea if you have a habit.

Not like you are taking tea using raw tea, sugar, milk, and boiling for a long time. Then do any works you have, or go for office if you have, means continue any routine you have.

Fruits for Diet

If you go out of home, then the food you eat for lunch eat only vegetables and fruits in that, no bread. You have to avoid lunch, doesn’t mean you won’t eat anything. Eat salads of any vegetables that you can raw like cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish keep these with you Or eat fruits. Eat any fruits that you like.

Take 1 cup maximum if you can’t but drink it, s highest 2 cups. How big of a teacup? One 150 mL of the cup, not more than that. You may drink 150 mL tea at a time and maximum of 2 cups till evening. Not like you will take 10 cups of tea as you are hungry. Don’t do that, eat fruits this way and take 1- 2 cups of tea, eat vegetables as raw. This is the routine from morning to evening.

If you want to eat dry fruits, then a full of fist. Like you will eat 10 to 15 pieces of cashew nuts,n also more, 10 is okay. You may also eat peanuts full of a fist. Eat any dry fruits in a quantity of your fist. Mustn’t be more than that. This is the routine before evening. Don’t eat cooked food, sugar, and salt. Now, you don’t eat these things but you eat outdoor foods like chips, a packet of kurkure, nope. Don’t eat salt.

Don’t eat the vegetables cooked in your home. As I said, no salt and raw vegetables. Drink warm water as much as you want. Now the dinner, eat food early, from 6 to 7 pm. If it is winter season. Most people finish early, eat the foods they like. But don’t make puri and paratha for dinner. Make simple foods, any vegetable you like, don’t use any potatoes. You may cook potatoes after every 3- 4 days.

Don’t make like puri of potatoes or paratha of potatoes. Make simple bread and vegetables, what you like. Don’t eat extra like you are hungry from noon, so you want more. Don’t do that. The routine you followed till now, eat the same number of bread you ate before You mustn’t remain hungry. Eat filling your stomach. Hunger must be met, eat that much.

Drink 1 cup of milk only if you have the habit at night. Eat up to 200 mL, warm milk without sugar, use jaggery if want, otherwise without anything. Believe me, if you follow this for 3 days, you won’t leave it You won’t want to leave it, such energy you will get. Any health issue or problem will start to be healed. You won’t be tired anymore. Doesn’t matter you are working till night. Pain in the knee, joints will be healed, but the condition remains the same that you have left salt, sugar in lunch.

Eat only raw fruits and vegetables. Don’t order or eat anything from outside. Try this plan for some days, fatness must be gone. Moreover, all the problems till now will be healed.
